Job summary

TileBar is seeking a Showroom Design Consultant to engage clients directly, curate design solutions, and drive sales in our Atlanta showroom. You will pair expert product knowledge with design sensibilities to create custom packages and design boards for residential and commercial spaces.

Responsibilities include managing quotes, orders, and samples, while maintaining CRM records and collaborating with the local team to ensure brand standards. Occasional travel and weekend hours are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of sales or customer service experience in retail/showroom/luxury environments.
• Experience with tile, stone, textiles, or building materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide expert advice.
• Curate materials and design boards reflecting client needs.
• Manage sales process from quoting to order fulfillment and sample requests.
• Log and track all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with local team to meet brand standards and timely order processing.
• Build long-lasting client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
