TileBar is seeking a Showroom Design Consultant to work with homeowners, designers, architects, contractors and installers, offering personalized service and expert advice. The role combines design consultation with sales and order management in a showroom setting in McLean, VA.

Responsibilities include engaging clients, curating materials, maintaining product knowledge, managing quotes and orders, and collaborating with the local team to ensure brand standards and seamless delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs using consultative selling techniques.
• Strong relationship-building to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Client engagement: serve as the key contact for clients and resolve issues quickly.
• Design & consultation: curate materials and create room packages and design boards.
• Product knowledge: maintain understanding of TileBar offerings, trends, and values.
• Sales & order management: oversee quoting, orders, and sample requests in CRM.
• Team collaboration: work with local team to meet brand standards and ensure timely order processing.
• Relationship building: develop long-lasting client relationships and loyalty.
• Brand ambassador: represent TileBar brand with professionalism and service.
