Job summary

Lovesac is seeking an Assistant Manager in McLean, VA to create a welcoming in-store experience and help customers design Lovesac solutions that fit their style and space. You will lead a team, demonstrate product knowledge, and drive sales while maintaining exceptional customer service.

You will oversee daily store operations, support associates, and ensure adherence to company standards and policies. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a passion for Total Comfort products.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience in a retail or customer service environment.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products and utilizing internal CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Lovesac products and services and educate customers as well as support your team with product knowledge.
• Guide customers from first interest to purchase focusing on quotes, closing the sale, and maintaining relationships.
