Construction Resources is seeking a Design Center Coordinator in Atlanta to serve as the primary client contact from arrival through handoff and follow-up. You will blend hospitality, product knowledge, and operations to ensure a premium, high-touch experience.

Responsibilities include welcoming clients, qualifying needs, coordinating with Category Consultants and Product Specialists, maintaining CRM data, and driving timely quotes and post-visit communication to secure next steps.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients during initial engagement and early project stages.
• Welcome, qualify, and establish rapport with clients upon arrival, understanding project scope and desired outcomes.
• Coordinate with Category Consultants or Product Specialists to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Maintain continuity for returning clients and builder or trade accounts.
• Set clear expectations regarding next steps, timelines, and points of contact.
• Maintain premium showroom standards and professional client experience aligned with brand guidelines.
• Document appointment details and project preferences for accurate opportunity passing.
• Coordinate internally to confirm selections and monitor quoting and estimate progress.
• Maintain clean, timely CRM data to support quoting and project execution.
• Escalate delays or data gaps to ensure sales and CX goals are met.
• Initiate timely post-visit communication to recap the visit and reinforce next steps.
