Job summary

Pivotal Talent Search seeks a Showroom Design Assistant to support the design, installation, and ongoing maintenance of our interior design showrooms. This role blends project coordination with creative styling and space planning to ensure our showrooms reflect the brand at the highest level.

You will collaborate across teams, manage schedules and vendor communications, assist with showroom resets, product launches, and merchandising installations, and travel locally for pickups and fittings.

Qualifications

• Degree in interior design, visual merchandising, business, marketing, project management, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in project coordination, admin support, visual merchandising, interior design, retail, or showroom operations preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate showroom refreshes, product launches, and events scheduling and orders.
• Assist planning through installation, including vendor coordination and local pickups/deliveries.
• Maintain project schedules, PO tracking, shipping, and expenses.
• Coordinate orders, samples, deliveries, and installation logistics with vendors.
• Organize project files, floor plans, installation guides, and merchandising docs.
• Support cross-team communication and showrooms staff.
• Provide general admin support for Visual Merchandising team.
