CAI Designs, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our Scottsdale showroom in the Design District. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, energetic, and capable of managing multiple tasks while building relationships over the phone.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and sales systems. We offer competitive pay, health insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities

• Work in the CAI sales system and handle billing related tasks.
• Upload money to orders and upload receipts and all order documentation.
• Direct communication with Sellers and Designers via email/phone for acknowledgements, shipping and delivery issues.
• Provide high level customer service follow-through for sellers and designers.
• Communicate daily with vendors and trucking companies for order updates.
• Process and manage furniture claims with designers and delivery partners.
• Answer phones and offer assistance to customers.

C.A.I Designs, Inc. represents a full range of luxury lines offering some of the finest designer's furniture, lighting and accessories in the industry.

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our busy CAI showroom in the Scottsdale Design District.

The right person will be flexible in order to get the job done with the ability to be a multi tasker and have good administrative and analytical skills to stay focused on results, and is committed to continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, assertive and polished with a proven track record of building relationships over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Work in the CAI sales system;
  • Uploading and applying money to orders (billing)
  • Uploading receipts and all documentationto orders
  • Direct communication via email and/or phone calls with Sellers and Designers for acknowledgements, shipping, and delivery and any issues that may arise
• High level of customer service follow-through for our sellers and designers
• Communicate with vendors and trucking companies on a daily basis for updates in orders.
• Processing and handling all furniture claims (high volume) working with designers, delivery companies, facilitating issues between vendors and designers.
• Phones - answer & offer assistance.
