Jerome's Furniture Murrieta showroom is seeking a customer-focused representative to support sales and process transactions, including financing options. You will verify orders, maintain in-store reporting, and collaborate with the sales team to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via ticketing, phone, and email; resolving order discrepancies; cash handling and POS procedures; and educating customers on store policies.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging and personalizing with guests.
• Verify and process order transactions with attention to contact info, delivery date, address, and payment types.
• Follow cash handling and finance procedures at point of sale with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging and personalizing with all guests.
• Respond to customers and other departments via ticketing system, phone and email.
• Verify and process order transactions paying close attention to detail (contact info, delivery date & address, special accommodations, merchandise, availability, payment types).
• Follow up with customers and other departments to ensure completion of tasks and requests.
• Work with the sales organization to ensure open lines of communication when order inaccuracies or inquiries arise.
• Research and resolve customer disputes regarding accounting and order discrepancies.
