Job summary

Ferguson seeks a Showroom Coordinator in Seattle to greet guests, manage sign-ins and appointments, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will use MS Office tools to support daily operations and help maintain strong customer relationships.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, sales and service experience, and teamwork. Hours are Mon–Fri 8–5 with rotating Saturdays; pay ranges from $15.00 to $23.80 per hour, with potential higher based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arriving in our showroom, learn their motivation for their visit and developing a lasting customer relationship
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor
• Optimally communicate appointment policy
• Manage customer sign-ins, appointment book and customer job folders
• Maintain bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages
• Address “Thank You” cards to customers for full house selections

Ferguson is currently seeking a Showroom Coordinator to join our team!

Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a rotating Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arriving in our showroom, learn their motivation for their visit and developing a lasting customer relationship


• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor


• Optimally communicate appointment policy


• Manage customer sign-ins, appointment book and customer job folders


• Maintain bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages


• Address “Thank You” cards to customers for full house selections

Qualifications:

• Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education.


• Experience in sales and customer service


• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required


• Proficient with the following software applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook


• Attention to detail in task oriented job responsibilities.


• Analytical thinking and an eye for business


• Strong communication and presentation skills

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $23.80

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
