Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Showroom Coordinator to join our showroom team in Lowell, AR. The role focuses on greeting guests, managing appointments, and delivering outstanding customer service in a busy showroom environment.

The position offers weekday hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) with one Saturday monthly (8am-12pm) and hourly pay starting at $20, depending on experience, plus benefits. Previous sales or customer service experience is valued and training is provided.

• Address "Thank You" cards to customers for full house selections.

Ferguson is currently seeking a Showroom Coordinator to join our team!

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm plus 1 Saturday (8am-12pm) once a month.

Pay: starting at $20 an hour and can be more based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arriving in our showroom, learn their motivation for their visit and developing a lasting customer relationship.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor.
• Optimally communicate appointment policy.
• Manage customer sign-ins, appointment book and customer job folders.
• Maintain bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages.
• Address "Thank You" cards to customers for full house selections.

Qualifications:

• Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education.
• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required.
• Proficient with the following software applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Attention to detail in task oriented job responsibilities.
• Analytical thinking and an eye for business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $18.08

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
