Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises in Lakewood, NJ is seeking a Showroom Sales Associate to assist customers on the showroom floor and support the sales team. You will learn our product offering across plumbing fixtures, lighting and appliances while delivering personalized service.

This full-time role offers commission-eligible compensation, a 40-hour week with two Saturdays per month, and opportunities to grow within a Fortune 500 company known for its commitment to customers and community.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication for phone/in-person sales and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

Schedule

40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm and two Saturdays per month 9:30am-5pm. An alternate weekday off will be provided when a Saturday shift is scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the showroom floor
• Strive to increase knowledge of entire product offering
• Work hand-in-hand with Showroom Sales consultants by performing the administrative functions that ensure our customer’s needs are being met.
• Support the Showroom Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing.
• Updating customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of prior customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances strongly preferred

Compensation

This is a commission eligible role. The estimated total compensation range is $50,000- $55,000 annually.
