Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Showroom Sales Support Representative to join our team in Belgrade, MT. This role supports Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants by handling behind-the-scenes sales tasks, preparing timely quotations, and processing orders for showroom customers and builders.

The ideal candidate has sales or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency with CRM and phone systems, plus the ability to learn product details quickly,

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Responsibilities

Showroom Sales Support Representative

Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Showroom Sales Support Representative.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

Pay Range: $17.77 - $28.42

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
