Job summary

Waterworks is seeking a Showroom Client Support Specialist in San Francisco to manage the full lifecycle of interior design project orders and deliver a luxury service experience. You will work with the showroom sales team and clients to ensure on-time delivery and accurate order processing.

The role emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and a client-centric approach in a fast-paced showroom environment with opportunities for growth through training and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years administrative or project management experience.
• Experience in art/interior design or luxury retail/service is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own order management process from pre-order through delivery while delivering exceptional customer-centric experiences to internal partners and external customers.
• Manage all communications to internal departments and external clients to ensure order accuracy, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Manage and track all order reporting data.
• Support the Showroom Sales Consultants in the sales efforts with pre-sale activities like quotes/order entry, sample requests, and processing and collecting payments.
• Partner with Sales Consultant, Client Services, and Technical Support Team to resolve client issues in timely manner and to client's satisfaction.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
