Job summary

Waterworks seeks a Showroom Client Support Specialist in Los Angeles to manage interior design project orders from pre-order to delivery, ensuring luxury service and timely fulfillment. You will collaborate with showroom sales teams and clients to deliver a superior experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role supports pre-sale activities, order processing, and payment collection, while multitasking showroom operations and maintaining a customer-centric approach aligned with Waterworks’

Qualifications

• 2+ years administrative or project management experience.
• Art/Interior design or luxury retail/service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own order management process from pre-order through delivery while delivering exceptional customer-centric experiences to internal partners and external customers.
• Manage all communications to internal departments and external clients to ensure order accuracy, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Manage and track all order reporting data.
• Support the Showroom Sales Consultants in the sales efforts with pre-sale activities like quotes/order entry, sample requests, and processing and collecting payments.
• Partner with Sales Consultant, Client Services, and Technical Support Team to resolve client issues in timely manner and to client's satisfaction.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
