Job summary

Shaw Contract is seeking a Showroom Manager for our San Francisco showroom. You will lead showroom operations, maintain displays and sample libraries, and support sales teams with meetings, pricing inquiries, and quotes while coordinating events and calendar scheduling.

Successful candidates will have 3+ years in customer service or showroom roles, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, showroom, or related roles.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in San Francisco.
• Professional communication and relationship-building with customers and partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce and showroom operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day showroom experience, keeping space professional and current.
• Welcome visitors and connect them with the appropriate Account Executive.
• Maintain displays, folders, and sample libraries; manage inventory.
• Support sales teams with meetings, quotes, and sample preparation.
• Plan and coordinate showroom events and team calendars.
