Inchcape is seeking an energetic Sales Associate for the Micronesia Mall showroom in Tamuning, Guam. You will greet customers, understand their needs, demonstrate BMW models, and guide them through the purchasing journey.

The role involves generating leads, coordinating test drives, presenting financing options, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and collaborating with the dealership team to deliver a smooth sales experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the Micronesia Mall showroom and provide a friendly first impression.
• Engage customers to understand transportation needs and recommend BMW vehicles.
• Generate and nurture qualified sales leads to meet monthly goals.
• Coordinate vehicle test drives with dealership teams and follow procedures.
• Maintain CRM records and complete sales documentation accurately.
