Job summary

Triple J in Tamuning, GU is seeking a Sales Associate to sell new and used vehicles while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role includes demonstrating vehicles, test drives, and delivering cars to customers, with a focus on explaining features, warranties, and paperwork to build loyalty.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, following up with customers, and participating in daily and weekly planning.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Know and understand the federal, state and local laws which govern retail auto sales.
• Must follow Company safety policies and practices.
• Must be legally and technically able to safely operate company and customer-owned vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote themselves to guaranteeing satisfaction to customers.
• Determines each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrates new and used vehicles (includes test drives).
• Delivers new and used vehicles to customers.
• Ensures that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating feature, warranty and paperwork, and it lays the foundation for customer loyalty.
• Attends sales meetings.
• Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
• Maintains a prospect development system.
