Inchcape is seeking a strategic BMW General Manager in Guam to lead Sales and Service for the BMW brand, driving market share, profitability, and exceptional customer experiences. You will provide hands-on leadership across Sales and Aftersales, develop high‑performing teams, and ensure operations meet BMW standards while leveraging data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or associate degree in business/related field preferred.
Strong automotive sales, service, and dealership management experience.
BMW brand certification/training preferred; Guam driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Lead BMW Sales and Service to hit sales, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction goals.
Develop and execute business strategies, campaigns, forecasts, and financial plans.
Oversee Sales and Aftersales performance including traffic, service productivity, warranties, recalls, campaigns, and standards.
Coach and develop Sales and Service teams to meet BMW certification and training.
Drive exceptional customer experiences across physical and digital touchpoints.
Monitor performance, ensure BMW compliance, and use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
