Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional with active CA license.
• 3+ years of real estate sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent time management and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch and execute PLACE lead systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers and track activities in PLACE Technology.
• Conduct two open houses monthly and convert prospecting to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities.
• Engage in weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings and Partner Call.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes.
• Demonstrate pricing, staging and other listing-related services.

• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications
