Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA-1 (GNA) license required.
• Ability to think and work independently with direction.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and bedside manner.
• Up-to-date identification.
• Basic computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide bath/shower care to 9–10 residents in an 8-hour shift, including shaving, nail care, and skin checks.
• Complete skin sheets on showers and report changes in skin conditions requiring treatment.
• Document care provided accurately and thoroughly.
• Pass ice and water, as needed.
• Assist with serving and feeding residents during mealtimes.
• Assist with transfers from bed to wheelchairs.
• Complete other CNA duties as needed, including answering call bells.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
