Qualifikationen

• CNA certification and good standing with the state is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Current Food Handler Permit is required.
• No disciplinary action against certification is required.
• At least one year in long-term care as a CNA is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
• Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning and transporting residents.
• Coordinate dining room services at mealtimes and document meal intake.
• Record weight changes and monitor resident weight changes.
• Document resident progress and report to nurse and supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow facility policies and infection control procedures.
