Job summary

Golden Nugget Las Vegas is seeking an Usher to assist the Entertainment Manager with seating and guest service for shows. The role emphasizes brand standards of kindness, engagement, empathy and positivity while ensuring accurate guest counts and smooth show operations.

The position requires strong English communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced casino environment. Training is provided on show-specific procedures.

Qualifications

Experience in guest relations and beverage service is preferred.
Maintain a professional appearance and strong people skills.
Able to work efficiently both independently and with others.
Must be at least 21 years old and able to read and follow policies.
Basic math skills and ability to complete standard forms and reports.
Clear English communication with guests and management.

Responsibilities

Set up showroom and align seating per show floor plan and manager’s requirements.
Assist with ropes, signs, and VIP guest seating arrangements.
Greet guests, assign seating, and handle inquiries during shows.
Maintain knowledge of show, ticket, and hotel information.
Support guest relations and handle incidents with management guidance.
Reconcile head counts and ticket stubs with servers and cashiers.
Ensure room is cleared and assist guests as shows end.
Coordinate with housekeeping for showroom cleaning.
