Job summary

MGM Resorts is hiring a Food & Beverage Steward at Bellagio to help keep our kitchens running smoothly by washing and sanitizing dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting culinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes adherence to health and safety standards, proper waste handling, and teamwork to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Starting rate is hourly with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

18 years or older
6+ months of stewarding or related experience or culinary training
Must have or obtain a Food Handler's Card on hire
Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

Perform dishwashing and sanitation duties using a 3-compartment sink or dish machines.
Clean and organize kitchen and stewarding areas; sweep/mop floors and clean surfaces and equipment.
Assist with waste removal, linen inventory, and transporting items around the property.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards; operate equipment safely and report issues.
