Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation in Las Vegas is seeking a diligent dishwashing associate to keep all kitchenware pristine and ready for service. You will sanitize dishes by hand or in a conveyor, wash pots and pans, and help maintain spotless kitchen surfaces.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and adherence to chemical safety standards. You will also assist with waste disposal and basic cleanup to support a smooth dining operation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
• Must be knowledgeable about proper chemicals and techniques used in the course of job duties.
• Must be able to maneuver up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Sanitize and clean dishes, silverware, and glassware by hand or automatic dishwasher.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and surfaces.
• Dispose waste into designated waste areas.
