Responsibilities

• Sort, clean, and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Clean pots, pans, and kitchen surfaces to regulatory standards.
• Operate dish machines and related cleaning equipment safely.
• Follow HMMP procedures and use SDS for chemical handling.
• Assist with inventory counts and requisitions as needed.
