Qualifications

• 1 year kitchen cleaning experience or equivalent.
• Flexible to work any day and any shift.
• Familiar with handling of cleaning chemicals and compounds.
• Familiar with cleaning of all types of kitchen equipment.
• Ability to successfully complete the Serve Safe training class.
• Possession of, and ability to obtain and maintain a valid drivers and gaming license.
• Must successfully pass background check.
• Must pass an alcohol and drug screening; must be 18 years of age.
• Delivers superior internal and external guest service in Boyd style.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation levels throughout the kitchen area.
• Coordinate materials and equipment to keep work stations clean.
• Ensure proper usage of gloves, goggles, and chemicals as required.
• Insure that all equipment functions properly and safety signs are in place.
• Assist in training kitchen workers on safety and chemical usage.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, dishes, pots, and related items.
