Museum of Ice Cream is seeking a Show Ambassador to create immersive, high-energy guest experiences while supporting retail and ticketing operations. You will engage guests through performances, assist with VIP events, and collaborate with service and show teams to ensure seamless experiences.

Requires weekend availability, English proficiency, and the ability to stand and move for long periods. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered in a fun, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Ability to work on both Saturday + Sunday
• English proficiency is required for effective communication in the role
• Standing and walking on your feet for long periods of time, up to 8 hours
• Team work and ability to effectively function in a high energy environment
• Bend/lift heavy objects of up to 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement & Performance: Use scripted guides and spontaneous performances to bring exhibits to life and create memorable experiences.
• Sales Across Key Business Areas: Support sales across MOIC’s retail shop, bar and/or buffet, as well as ticketing.
• Ice Cream & Treat Delivery: Assist service team in delivering ice cream and other treats to guests quickly.
• Hospitality & Service: Provide real-time, positive guest support to ensure a great experience.
• Event & VIP Setup: Assist with performances and experiences for special events and VIP guests.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Service and Show Teams to deliver a cohesive guest experience.
• Setup, Clean-Up & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization across the museum.
• Perform Other Duties: Take on tasks as assigned by manager.
