Museum of Ice Cream is seeking a Clean Team Service Ambassador to help maintain a welcoming, spotless environment across guest-facing and back-of-house areas. You will greet guests, assist with wayfinding, and ensure cleanliness and safety throughout the museum.

The role emphasizes teamwork, proactive supply management, and attention to detail in a high-energy, hospitality-driven setting. Starting pay is competitive with room for growth and perks.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Open availability, including weekends.
• Standing and walking on your feet for extended periods.
• Teamwork and ability to effectively function in a high energy environment.
• Bend/lift heavy objects of up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm and provide personalized support.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, floors, walls, and surfaces; restock supplies.
• Ensure back-of-house areas are clean and safe; monitor exhibits and cleanup as needed.
• Stock, organize, and restock cleaning supplies and equipment; complete opening/closing checklists.
