You will monitor entrances, assist with theft prevention, greet customers, and report suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty, all while upholding our core values of respect and safety. This part-time role offers a competitive hourly wage of $17 with an associate discount and opportunities for training

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention or Operations preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while monitoring store environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise disciplined decision making.

Responsabilités

• Monitor store entrances and high-risk areas to reduce theft opportunities.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Provide a confident, friendly greeting and assist customers as part of a secure shopping experience.
