You’ll engage with customers and associates, train shortage control associates, and work with leaders to reduce shrink and protect assets. The role requires strong leadership, ability to handle high-risk situations, and engagement across teams to implement shortage reduction

Qualifications

• Experience in loss prevention or security is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to train and develop associates in shortage reduction programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a deterrent to dishonest behaviors through command presence and a professional appearance.
• Maintain a safe, secure store with attention to detail and strong teamwork with leadership.
• Engage with customers and associates to promote great service and control.
• Identify and report theft indicators; work with local law enforcement as needed.
• Support store leadership with audits, internal controls, and asset protection programs.
