You will engage customers and associates with a confident greeting and professional presence, supporting store leadership with loss-prevention initiatives. The role includes training associates, reporting incidents, and participating in safety audits and the semi-annual inventory process.

Qualifications

• Mitigate theft and fraud in high shortage areas.
• Provide strong customer service and a welcoming greeting.
• Assist in training shortage control associates.
• Coordinate with store leadership on safety and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Provide an effective deterrent to dishonest behaviors throughout the store by demonstrating a command presence and following dress code.
• Engage with customers and associates with a positive demeanor and strong communication.
• Support store leadership by assisting in training and development of associates in shortage reduction programs.
• Assist in store audits, monitoring POS transactions, and promoting Asset Protection programs.
• Assist in preparing for inventory processes and developing action plans to reduce shortage.
