Job summary

The role partners with store and field leadership to train associates, identify theft incidents, and promote shortage education. Flexible schedule required; base pay and benefits are provided including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide an effective deterrent to dishonest behaviors throughout the store by demonstrating command presence and following dress code and safety standards.
• Maintain a safe and secure store for customers and associates with strong attention to detail and communication.
• Engage with customers and associates in high-risk areas to promote security and best in class service.
• Gather and document indicators of theft and report to store and field leadership; coordinate with local law enforcement as needed.
• Support store leadership with internal controls, audits, and shrink reduction programs.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training of associates in shortage reduction processes.
