Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and monitor the store environment.
• Confidentiality and disciplined decision making required.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers; strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances and high‑risk areas to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet customers with a warm smile and confident presence.
• Identify and report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty.
• Provide training support on shortage reduction programs as needed.
