• Open the kitchen 7am-2:30pm.
• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment.
• Prepare food and present it in an appealing manner.
• Read and complete POS tasks for other team members.
• Follow all food safety regulations.
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by head chef or management.
• Coordinate with KM and business owner.
