Job summary

CenterCal Properties seeks a General Manager for assets in the Oregon region, including Bridgeport Village in Tigard and Nyberg Rivers/Woods in Tualatin. You will direct overall property management, merchandising, and guest relations to maximize tenant sales and asset value.

The role requires leadership, budgeting, lease administration, and strong collaboration with operating, asset, marketing, development, and leasing teams. Occasional after-hours work and field inspections may be required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience as a General Manager in the shopping center industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of real estate and/or retail development, leasing, property management operations.
• Action oriented with urgency, high energy and enthusiasm.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and foster teamwork.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled (MOD program).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall profitability of Property through tenant sales and portfolio financial management.
• Oversee security, operations, marketing, housekeeping, and maintenance vendors with contract management.
• Prepare annual budget and monthly financial forecasts and operations reporting.
• Responsible for lease administration including commencement date memos and notices; ensure compliance.
• Maintain parking operations and drive asset improvements; coordinate with internal teams.
