Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily operations at our Beaverton location. You will lead a team of guest service associates and licensed wax specialists, drive sales, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold operational excellence.

The role requires 2+ years in retail sales management or hospitality leadership, a strong sales mindset, excellent communication, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Established history of managing multiple direct reports.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Growth mindset is key.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPIs and speak to financial acumen.
