Mondelez International in East Hanover, NJ, seeks an Associate Manager of Shopper Merchandising Solutions to lead in-store marketing, PRD/shipper development, and cross-functional program planning. You will own financials, timelines, vendor coordination, and sales materials for national calendars.

The role requires 3–5 years in pre-pack display design, strong Excel/MS Office skills, and the ability to manage P&L and ROI analyses. This is a full-time hybrid position based at our U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Packaging, or Graphic Design preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in pre-pack display design, production, process, and materials, ideally in the CPG industry.
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel; ability to read die lines and print specifications.

Responsabilités

• Manage and track all financial implications of display programming and P&L.
• Oversee display, PRD & shipper development, including vendor briefings and structure design.
• Establish program budgets and feasibility, including margin/ROI analysis.
• Handle 2-bid procurement, RFPs, and new structure designs.
• Coordinate Demand Planning forecast inputs and oversell/undersell analysis.
• Co-manage production timelines with 3rd party vendors and inventory levels.
• Supervise graphic design development and approval for in-store marketing commitments.
• Create and publish all sales material related to national PPD/Shipper calendar.
