dunnhumby, a global leader in customer data science, seeks a Shopper Insights Senior Client Lead in Minneapolis. You will partner with top retailers to turn customer data into commercial impact, owning relationships and guiding strategic account plans to deliver growth.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and coach junior colleagues while balancing client priorities and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing supplier, brand or CPG client relationships within a retail-facing, consulting, category management or insights environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills that influence decision-making at multiple levels.
  • Commercial awareness and a track record of helping clients achieve growth and business objectives.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships across a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting the development of colleagues.

who will partner with some of the world's most ambitious retailers and brands to turn customer data into commercial impact. We build long-term, strategic relationships across grocery, mass and specialty retail, translating customer insight into range, pricing, promotion and growth strategies that put the customer at the heart of every decision.

What You'll Be Doing
