Job summary

dunnhumby seeks a Shopper Insights Senior Consulting Manager to join our Walmart team in Bentonville. You will be a trusted advisor, designing client plans that leverage our data platform to drive customer-centered decisions and measurable ROI for retailers and CPG brands.

You will own senior relationships across categories, collaborate with Walmart merchants and partners, and lead team strategy, recruitment and development while seeking new revenue opportunities in a dynamic, global data

Qualifications

• Experience advising retail/CPG clients on insights-based strategies.
• Deep knowledge of customer insights and consultative selling.
• Experience with SHOP/Shelf Review and category analytics.
• Ability to lead, develop and recruit teams; manage senior stakeholders.
• Mobility to be based in Bentonville, USA.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop a client plan that delivers measurable value and ROI.

• Provide senior leadership across SBU categories and client accounts.

Dunnhumby is seeking a Shopper Insights Senior Consulting Manager who expects more from their career to join our Walmart team in Bentonville, USA. You will be a trusted advisor for our retail and CPG clients, working side-by-side with them to ensure their success. Using customer insights derived from our data platform, you will own and develop a client plan that delivers recognizable value, client satisfaction and return on investment. You will work with Walmart Merchants and their market-leading CPG partners to help them use Walmart customer insights to place the customer at the heart of their collaborative decision‑making.

What we expect from you

• Mobility to be based in Bentonville
• Client facing or stakeholder management experience
• Knowledge of customer insights and consultative approach to selling
• Experience with the SHOP/Shelf Review, Category management: assortment analytics, customer insight analytics
• Accountable for all categories and CPGs within business unit
• Support client leads across SBU categories
• Responsible for team management / strategy/ structure and recruitment
• Team career development plans and performance reviews
• Commercial responsibility / strategic initiative identification across SBU
• Identify new revenue streams
• Own Senior level CPG & Merchandising relationship
• Own DV account director relationship
