Job summary

dunnhumby seeks a Shopper Insights Senior Consulting Manager to join our Walmart team in Bentonville. You will be a trusted advisor, designing client plans that leverage our data platform to drive customer-centered decisions and measurable ROI for retailers and CPG brands.

You will own senior relationships across categories, collaborate with Walmart merchants and partners, and lead team strategy, recruitment and development while seeking new revenue opportunities in a dynamic, global data

Qualifications

• Experience advising retail/CPG clients on insights-based strategies.
• Deep knowledge of customer insights and consultative selling.
• Experience with SHOP/Shelf Review and category analytics.
• Ability to lead, develop and recruit teams; manage senior stakeholders.
• Mobility to be based in Bentonville, USA.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop a client plan that delivers measurable value and ROI.
• Work with Walmart Merchants and CPG partners to apply customer insights.
• Provide senior leadership across SBU categories and client accounts.
• Oversee team strategy, structure, career development and recruitment.
• Identify new revenue streams and maintain CPG/Merchandising relationships.
