Job summary

DNAM Brands is seeking an organized E-Commerce Operations Associate to support Shopify Plus operations for our direct-to-consumer business in Beverly Hills. You will manage product catalogs, assist with launches, and ensure site accuracy and merchandising quality.

Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Inventory, and Customer Service to keep launches on schedule, improve processes, and deliver accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Operations, or a related field.
• 2+ years of e-commerce operations or Shopify administration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Filters, Data Validation, CSV Imports/Exports).
• Experience maintaining product catalogs and performing bulk product uploads.
• Basic working knowledge of GA4.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong QA skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product catalogs within Shopify Plus and ensure data accuracy.
• Support product launches with timelines, imagery, copy, and assets.
• Verify product pages include images, pricing, descriptions, size guides, variants, inventory, SEO.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce reports for leadership.
• Assist with Shopify operations and automation, including workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure launch readiness.
• Identify opportunities to improve setup processes and reporting efficiency.
