Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company seeks a Digital Product Lead to own prAna’s Shopify Plus ecosystem, guiding the migration from Salesforce to Shopify Plus and defining the product roadmap to drive conversions and brand-aligned experiences.

You will manage end-to-end lifecycle, backlog, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, and agencies, while ensuring compliance with U.S. eCommerce laws and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in digital commerce product management.
• 4+ years with Shopify Plus.
• Proven experience migrating Shopify migrations from legacy platforms.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. eCommerce regulations and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of prAna’s eCommerce platform to Shopify Plus with minimal disruption.
• Own end-to-end Shopify Plus product lifecycle including roadmap, backlog, and prioritization.
• Align digital roadmap with corporate strategy to enhance consumer experience.
• Champion eCommerce compliance, data privacy, and accessibility standards.
• Drive headless storefront work using Hydrogen & Oxygen for cross-channel performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to optimize checkout, payments, merchandising, and personalization.
• Define KPIs and continuously measure and iterate to improve engagement and conversion.
• Serve as liaison between business, design, engineering, and agencies to deliver unified commerce.
