Job summary

Art of Tea is seeking a hands-on E‑Commerce Operations Coordinator to own the accurate and timely execution of our Shopify store. You will publish and maintain product content, execute merchandising and SEO updates, and support product launches and promotions with AI-assisted workflows for speed and accuracy.

You will translate briefs into live, tested website updates, monitor site health, and coordinate with developers for any technical changes while ensuring brand standards are met.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on Shopify or e‑commerce experience.
• Experience creating/updating products, collections, promotions, navigation, and website content in Shopify.
• Familiarity with on‑page SEO: metadata, headings, internal linking, redirects, and image alt text.
• Working familiarity with Google Search Console, GA4, or similar website reporting tools.
• Comfort using AI tools for structured e‑commerce tasks while independently checking for accuracy.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a habit of testing work before publishing.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and learning new digital tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proactive mindset to identify and elevate problems before they affect customers.
• Ability to work during regular US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Shopify updates across product pages, collections, navigation, landing pages, and homepage.
• Create and update products, variants, descriptions, ingredients, images, pricing, and promotions.
• Build and merchandise collections based on campaigns, inventory, and marketing priorities.
• Execute promotions, bundles, launches, and website campaigns.
• Validate product and inventory data against source data and resolve discrepancies.
