Job summary

Dollar Shave Club is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to own product setup in Shopify, optimize listings across DTC, marketplaces and retail partners, and drive AI-enabled automation for routine tasks. You’ll lead QA on launches, analyze performance data, and support promotional planning while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on Shopify Plus work, a data-driven mindset, and a proactive approach to improving conversion, pricing accuracy, and content quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ecommerce merchandising, operations or site management.
• Hands-on Shopify Plus experience with product data, collections and promotions.
• Uses AI tools in day-to-day work and checks outputs before shipping.
• Keeps product data and pricing accurate for a smooth shopping experience.
• Proficient with GA4, Tableau or Power BI and heatmap/session replay tools.
• Knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush for product copy improvement.
• Independent, cross-functional collaborator who prioritizes priorities.
• Strong communication and reporting with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Product Setup: Create and maintain products in Shopify, including variants, bundles, tags and imagery.
• Pages and Listings: Keep product pages accurate across DTC, marketplaces and partner sites.
• Promos and Launches: Support promotions, QA pricing and imagery before launches.
• QA Checklists: Help define QA standards and document processes for launches.
• Automate the Routine: Build/test AI tools to speed up setup and QA.
• SEO and Content: Improve product copy using SEO insights.
• Find the Friction: Analyze heatmaps to spot friction points and CRO opportunities.
• Reviews: Monitor reviews and report bi-weekly on ratings and volume.
• Inventory Watch: Monitor stock and flag risks for promo planning.
