Job summary

Equinox is seeking an E-Commerce Coordinator to support daily operations of the online store and ensure a seamless member experience. You will manage storefront content, coordinate product launches, and optimize the shopping journey through integrations with D365 ERP, Nosto, Loop Returns, and Avalara.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Retail Ops, and Technology to align opportunities, drive sales, and maintain tax compliance while leveraging analytics to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Business, or a related field
• 1-3 years supporting an e-commerce business, digital merchandising, or online retail operations
• 1-3 years hands-on Shopify admin experience
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP
• Experience using Excel, WMS, Jira, Nosto, Loop Returns, GA4, Adobe Analytics, Avalara
• Proficiency with Jira to log tickets and collaborate with tech teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for digital experiences

Responsibilities

• Update Shopify pages, copy, imagery, tags, navigation, and collections
• Coordinate product launches and promotions per the e-commerce calendar
• Configure Nosto for recommendations and on-site personalization
• Identify opportunities to drive sales and optimize site performance
• Monitor Shopify–WMS data sync for order processing
• Audit inventory across systems and prevent overselling
• Maintain tax codes within Avalara
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Retail Ops, and Tech teams
• Track issues and improvements in Jira; write clear tickets
