Wooltari USA Inc. is seeking an E-commerce Specialist to manage the day‑to‑day operations of our Shopify store, including promotions, product listings, images, pricing, and basic SEO. You will also coordinate Klaviyo email campaigns.

This on‑site role in Carson, CA offers hands‑on experience in U.S. e‑commerce, cross‑functional teamwork with marketing and MD, and opportunities to learn promotion planning, CRM, and growth marketing as you gain responsibility.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in ecommerce operations, online merchandising, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on Shopify admin experience, including product registration and discounts.
• Strong attention to detail on pricing, discounts, and promo rules.
• Ability to juggle multiple promotions and deadlines simultaneously.
• Fluent English and Korean with cross‑team communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute seasonal and ongoing promotions per the calendar and configure discounts in Shopify.
• Build promotional collections, update banners, and verify pricing and conditions.
• Register new products, manage bundles, and sync inventory across components.
• Create Klaviyo emails, schedule campaigns, and monitor flows like welcome and abandoned cart.
• Track promotion performance and prepare weekly operational reports; share insights.
