Job summary

Pomelo is seeking a driven eCommerce Generalist to become the operational backbone of our client's digital commerce team. This full-time role involves managing email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo, overseeing project timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams. The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience with Shopify and Klaviyo, alongside professional fluency in English. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Notion.
• Professional fluency in English with top-tier written, reading, and speaking skills.
• Outstanding project management, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, QA, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo.
• Own and maintain the master email/SMS calendar, ensuring timely execution.
• Manage the team’s Notion board for email campaigns, ensuring organization.
