Job summary

Chervò USA Inc in North Palm Beach is seeking an E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our Shopify store, run Klaviyo campaigns, and support the U.S. online business. This hands-on role collaborates with our U.S. team and Italian HQ.

You will handle product merchandising, launches, email/SMS flows, and performance reporting, gaining exposure to digital advertising, analytics, and retail operations within a premium golf and lifestyle brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing is required.
• Hands-on Shopify experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Klaviyo or similar email/SMS platforms is a plus.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation and merchandising of the Shopify store.
• Coordinate new product launches with accurate product content and pricing.
• Create Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns and automated flows.
• Optimize online customer experience and site usability.
• Collaborate with external agency on paid media, SEO, and reporting.
• Monitor performance using Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4 and agency reports.
• Assist with website improvements and testing to drive traffic and sales.
• Coordinate global campaigns with the Italian HQ for the US market.
• Maintain calendars for launches and promotions.
• Support wholesale marketing campaigns and events.
