Job summary

FullPond is seeking an E-commerce Web & Email Designer to support Shopify website projects and Klaviyo email work. This hands-on design role requires a strong visual eye and the ability to take designs from concept to implementation.

Fluent English and excellent teamwork are essential. You will translate brand guidelines into polished web and email designs, ensure mobile responsiveness, and collaborate with multiple client brands in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Figma.
• Experience designing emails and web pages for e-commerce.
• Proficient in responsive design for desktop and mobile.
• Ability to translate brand guidelines into polished designs.
• Comfortable iterating with feedback and managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo.
• Build and format email campaigns and flows inside Klaviyo.
• Create and edit responsive HTML email templates when needed.
• Make ongoing design and content updates to Shopify websites.
• Design landing pages, product pages, promos, banners, and e-commerce experiences.
• Translate brand guidelines into consistent web and email designs.
• Ensure designs work well across desktop and mobile.
• Make basic front-end adjustments using HTML and CSS.
• Prepare and optimize graphics for web and email.
