The role requires hands-on execution, strong organization, and collaboration with growth and creative partners. On-site position in San Luis Obispo, CA, reporting to the COO.

Qualifications

• Hands-on operational role turning strategy into execution on the ecommerce site.
• Strong written communication and ability to write clean briefs and standards docs.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented operating style with calendar and handoff discipline.
• Familiarity with AI tools in professional context: know prompts, verification, and pushback.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of straightdown.com as a sales tool: homepage, collection pages, and checkout path.
• Merchandise across collections: sequence, sold-out handling, badges, filters, cross-sell logic.
• Maintain a weekly site calendar tying launches, promotions, pages, and emails/SMS sends.
• Monitor site performance: uptime, speed, Core Web Vitals, checkout reliability, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure assets meet technical standards before going live; coordinate with developers.
