Job summary

Talentfoot Executive Search is seeking an E-Commerce Manager for a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand in organic wellness and beauty. You will oversee Shopify operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive growth across launches, site content, and optimization.

The role offers a clear path from Manager to Director, with a focus on people leadership, operational rigor, and scaling the digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and high-performing teams.
• Hands-on expertise with Shopify including product launches, landing pages, and content operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end e-commerce operations across a high-volume Shopify ecosystem, including launches, site updates, workflow management, and QA.
• Lead and develop a team of five direct reports spanning copywriting, project management, development, and design.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across marketing, creative, product, supply chain, and customer care.
• Build and maintain operational systems and processes to keep teams moving in sync.
• Leverage AI tools and ClickUp workflows to optimize productivity and execution quality.
• Oversee planning and delivery of product launch calendars, landing pages, and content production.
• Monitor site performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements to drive conversion.
• Serve as central point of accountability for digital project timelines and deliverables.
• Support expansion into Amazon operations over time.
